All personalized products (including natal charts and custom reports) are made to order based on the information you provide.

Because of their custom nature, personalized products are non-refundable once the work has started.

If you notice any mistake in the information you submitted (e.g., name, date, place, or time of birth), please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order so we can correct it before preparation begins.

  1. Physical Products (if applicable)

For non-custom, physical items, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 5โ€“10 business days.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
